We are on the final stretch of the house buying process.
Here are just a few of the bumps in the road that I encountered.

 I am still waiting to hear how the appraisal went. Have an email into the loan processor about that. 

The new roof is going on today, we picked Harvard Slate, a lovely dark grey. The we is my Sister and me. My Sister and Niece have been living with me since they moved back from France in 2016.

Steve signed the wavier for the title. Apparently you can not buy a house on your own if you are married, even if you have been separated since the dark ages.

But closing is on the 25th so we are getting there.
