Furball Faux Paws
Last night Tiff and I went to the Furball Faux Paws, a dinner and silent auction to benefit the Clowder House. Tiff volunteers there with the cats.
It was called a faux paws because it was to benefit a cat shelter and was held at the Dog Museum, cute! The invite above has puppy on it but if you hold the card in just the right way you see the darling little furball.
I made a basket to be included in the silent auction. The basket contained two books, a lavender eye pillow, lavender bath salts, herb tea, and an adorable kitty mug.
I used My Digital Studio to create the card attached to the basket and the bath salts.
The stamp brush sets were Daring Adventure and Patterned Pets. The ink colors are wisteria wonder, primrose petals and pink pirouette. The card stock was whisper white, wisteria wonder and pink pirouette. I think they turned out darling.
Supplies gathered for the Basket
lavender bath salts
darling little mouse hidden inside
an equally darling kitty mug

Here are some closeups
I thought this hand carved wood tray of Marie from the Aristocats was adorable, this was the one item I really wanted. I also got this wine set with the caring case, wine and cork wreath, made by one of the ladies who volunteers with Tiff.
The candle diffuser set wasn't an auction item, I won it at the Lucky Duckie Doggies. Remember going to the carnival and the rubber duck pull? The little ducks would be floating around in a mini river and you paid to pull one out and got a prize based on the number on the bottom. Well the same idea but no water, just a blue table cloth and the duckies all look like dogs, check out the little dalmation duck above, too cute! The scarf was one of my wins, I split this one with Tiff as she loved the necklace that went with it. It was a teardrop shaped saphire blue swarovski crystal set in a sterling silver bail that was studded with small clear crystals and had a small sterling crystal studded drop. What drew me to the last items, the Jubile set, was how incredibly soft the throw was. It is just one of those items that you can't stop touching it is so soft.
Well thanks for stoping by.
