Florissant Valley of Flowers Craft Fair
This weekend was the Florissant Valley of Flowers Festival and Carrie and I once again had a booth at the craft fair. That is part of the reason I have been MIA, getting my craft on for the fair. So I thought I would share some photos of the booth.
The sign was made using My Digital Studio.
It is kind of hard to really get a feel for the booth because of the openness of the area, you can see the booths next to ours and the photos don't really show were one ends and the other starts.
Oh these are totally blury :( sorry, I should have looked at them before the fair was over. I will take better pictures of the tissue holders and post them later this week.
I want to thank all of you who braved the weather and came out to the craft fair to see us.
It was a cold rainy weekend, low to upper 40's in May in St Louis. It rained all day on Friday, we unloaded in the rain and I was soaked, needless to say with the temps so low and the rain going all day I never totally dryed out or got warm. Saturday was cool but no rain, humid and some on and off misting. I wore my heavy winter coat, people kept telling us that it was much colder inside than it was outside.
The craft fair is always held in the ice skating rink, and one of the other vendors told us that skating rinks are designed to keep the cold in and heat out so the ice won't melt, and I am telling you that it works! LOL! But we did have some die hard fair goers on Friday and more traffic on Saturday.
