Baby Shower ~ Pink and white Card and Banner

Hello

Another Girl where my Daughter works is having a baby, this time a girl. Tiff asked for a banner and card in the appropriate pink and white. Since she new what the baby was to be named the banner has her name and is done with simple pink, gingham and flowers that can be used as long as she likes.

The card has the same color scheme

I made the card a trifold to give extra room for signatures as everyone in her department would be signing it. It is scored at 4 and 9.5. This gave me 4 inches on the left, a base of 5.5 and 2 inches on the right. I attached a 4.25 x 5 inch piece of pink pirouette to the outside of the 2 inch flap and a 4 x 5.25 inch piece of whisper white to the inside.

She wanted something else to go with the set. The last baby shower I made the robot card, banner, large hanging robot and cupcake picks. Another girl was getting cupcakes with decorations on top so no picks were needed but she did want another decoration. We came up with the idea of a hair clip flower arrangement. She got a variety of clips and headbands and we used floral wire and old olive cardstock to created stems to attache the clips to. We then made a baby tutu and wrapped it around the vase. For a little extra pizzaz.
