The Blank Page ~ Inspiring or Terrifying
Is there anything as inspiring or equally as terrifying as a blank page? One of the many reasons that I have so many started but not completed journals is the blank page. I start the year out with all the best intentions to journal and I may get several days down; but then I freeze. When I am not home I come up with all kinds of things I want to say and remember but then when I get that blank page in front of me it all just floats away, the words have vanished.
This year I hope to have a different experience. Pinterest introduced me to the concept of the bullet journal, pages with a theme, they are not really blank empty eyes staring at you daring you to mar their surface.
Is it cheating if I print out or copy someone else's design? I hope not. In the world of card making we are encouraged to copy and share everything, so I hope this is the case here.
Do you get inspiration from others and then try and duplicate it in a way that makes it your own? I would love to hear how others have inspired you.
Thanks for sharing
